THE DEVOTION
behind the precision
Not Self Improvement. Self Devotion.
Minerva Aesthetics was founded by Jessica Harvey, a procedural artist with a sharp eye and steady hand. Her work is driven by curiosity, the need to understand how things are made and how they can be made better. What began as fascination with transformation evolved into a practice rooted in mastery, intention, and the unapologetic pursuit of beauty.
Minerva was built for the unapologetically seen. Vanity is a kind of seeing, an act of attention, a ritual of becoming. We don’t apologize for the mirror. We honor what looks back.
Led by Curiosity
JESSICA’S STORY
Jessica Harvey, MA, PA-C, built Minerva after more than a decade in medicine and procedural work. Her fascination with aesthetics began as curiosity — a need to understand how form, proportion, and care could alter not just appearance but how a person feels in their own reflection. What started with a single syringe became a lifelong study of transformation.
“I don’t know what topical product Jessica is using to numb, but my treatment was as gentle and painless as was possible. I enjoyed spending time in Jessica’s presence and her spa environment is amazing. I could see the lake and I was served lovely teas.”
A board-certified Physician Assistant through the NCCPA, Jessica brings 15 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine and surgery, including seven years as a first assistant and proceduralist in the operating room. She is a member of the American MedSpa Association and trained under Cassie Lane and Suzanne Jager at Injectables EDU, refining her craft with the same precision she brings to every client.
She brings that procedural discipline to aesthetics, blending skill with intuition to create results that feel natural, deliberate, and unmistakably your own. Nothing on the menu is offered without first being experienced by the founder herself.
