Not Self Improvement. Self Devotion. Beauty as an offering.
Minerva Aesthetics is a sanctuary for those captivated by transformation, thrilled by adornment, and delighted by vanity. Here, transformation becomes lore. A space for aesthetic sovereignty, beauty as devotion, and work so expert it becomes art.

EVERY FACE
TELLS A STORY.
FOR THOSE WHO’VE NEVER SEEN
themselves in the brochure.
At Minerva, beauty is not reserved for a narrow ideal. We welcome those who have felt outside the frame, the ones who crave change on their own terms, who want to be seen as they are and as they wish to become. Every face, every story, every choice belongs here.
Our role is to refine, restore, and enhance with precision, never to erase.
OUR SERVICES
are grouped into three categories of transformation:
The foundation for visible, near-immediate change. These treatments deliver results you can see and feel within one to two weeks, offering refinements that smooth, clear, and brighten the skin.
They are the starting point for transformation, approachable yet powerful, designed to create confidence quickly and set the stage for deeper, longer-term work if desired.
Deeper work for those willing to invest in time and healing. These treatments stimulate the body’s natural regenerative processes to build strength, resilience, and youthful structure from within.
They are a commitment to renewal, gradually creating results that endure. This work invites patience, but the reward is skin that feels stronger, looks smoother, and holds its vitality.
An Adornment Consultation is a private, one-on-one session where your goals are explored, your options are mapped, and a personalized plan is created with precision and care. It is an opportunity to step into the process with clarity and confidence.
Not all services require a consultation, but for those who choose it, this is where the journey takes shape.

WE DON’T FIX FACES.
We give people tools to claim them.
Jessica Harvey, MA, PA-C, hasn’t always been as vain as she is now, but she has always had a needle or scalpel in her hands. Since completing her Physician Assistant training in 2010, she has combined medical expertise, a surgical background, and a love for aesthetics to help clients discern and pursue their own goals.
Her path into aesthetics grew from the same trait that has guided much of her life: curiosity. What began with tox injections soon expanded into fillers, chemical peels, lasers, and microneedling, a continual exploration of the possibilities of transformation. Nothing on the menu is offered without first being tried by the founder herself.
Jessica welcomes all humans into a space created for those who may not see themselves reflected in traditional medspa brochures. She hopes each client finds as much joy in these procedures as she has.
THE WORK
behind the work
Come as art,
LEAVE AS MYTH.
FREQUENTLY ASKED…
AND MORE THAN YOU EVER WANTED TO KNOW
-
That’s a complex question! Everyone’s experience of pain is different. Different areas of the body also have different sensory input. Probably, the anticipation of the pain is worse than the injections. Jessica uses the smallest needles she can to get the job done. For those who do fear pain, she offers a variety of modalities to distract your attention and soothe your anxiety.
-
Microneedling typically goes from 2.5mm to 5mm in depth. Some parts of the face, neck, and chest are more sensitive than other parts. You will be treated with a multimodal topical numbing agent that decreases the discomfort of the treatment. It’s not as bad as getting your forearm tattooed!
-
For visual change that can be perceived by about 2 weeks, tox injections and chemical peeling are the quickest to achieve visual results. Microneedling and biostimulatory fillers are more suited for a long-game approach to change.
-
Microneedling can be performed without any type of additive product and harnesses your body's ability to heal over time to transform appearance. Additionally, microneedling using your body’s own biostimulatory properties in the form of PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is another approach.
-
Probably not. Thoughtfully injected toxin allows some expressive movement to continue in the face. Overfilling the face in terms of filler is far more likely to create a more obviously altered appearance. However, some people are after that type of appearance, which is perfectly acceptable. We all have different aesthetic goals.
-
Jessica LOVES a lip flip: cost effective, minimal side effects, and creates a big impact. Every time Jessica flips her lip, her mother asks her if she got new filler.
